Developmental Therapy for Children
Our clinic performs cardiological examinations for children who are involved in competitive sports. This includes physicals, ECGs and echocardiograms. We also offer 24 hour ECG (Holter monitoring) and bicycle stress ECGs.
Our aim is to decrease the risk of heart problems in competitive athletes. Though rare, certain congenital, structural or cardiac muscle related diseases are asymptomatic, and can only be detected after a cardiological exam. These diseases may affect the septum, aorta, the valves, or the cardiac muscle itself. |
Developmental Therapy for Children
All children are beautiful and gifted in different ways. Some of them need assistance to reach their maximum potential or get to the next developmental stage. Some need help because they have special needs or just a mild delay in their development and some only need a little push to get to the next level. They might need help with gross motor (crawling, sitting, standing, walking), balance and coordination, fine motor (hand) skills or with self care skills such as dressing or eating.
Early intervention is crucial in treating and can prevent many possible problems in the future.
